What is Preservé™ Breast Augmentation?

Preservé™ is an innovative surgical technique developed to enhance breast volume and projection while respecting your native breast tissue architecture. Unlike conventional methods that frequently require cutting through healthy breast tissue, ligaments, or the pectoralis chest muscle, the Preservé™ system uses proprietary, specialised instruments to work harmoniously with your existing anatomy.

Rather than creating an implant pocket through sharp surgical dissection (cutting), the procedure utilises an inflatable balloon to gently and progressively  stretch the internal breast tissues . to create a stable, supportive  pocket  surrounded by the native internal breast ligaments to create a supportive “nest” around the implant – this is situated above the chest muscle (sub glandular ).

Because the natural supporting ligaments and fibrous networks remain intact rather than being cut , the implant receives optimal structural support. This technique is paired with the Motiva Ergonomix2® implants. These highly cohesive, ergonomic devices possess a low-inflammatory surface and are flexible enough to be guided smoothly into place using a sterile, "no-touch" insertion sleeve.
